On This Page
This page covers how we work and what you can expect from us. If you reach out, send a project inquiry, or hire us, you are agreeing to what is written here. Take a few minutes to read through it. If something is confusing or you want to talk through anything first, just email us at vbrandgrow@gmail.com before we get started.
01
Using this website or hiring us for a project means you have read and agreed to these terms. That goes for anyone visiting the site or working with us in any professional capacity.
We update these terms occasionally. The date at the top of the page reflects the latest version. If you keep using our services after an update, that counts as acceptance.
02
We do brand identity design, website design, website development, and digital strategy. We keep our client list small on purpose. Every project we take on gets our full attention, and we think that matters.
Before we start anything, we send over a proposal. It covers what we will deliver, the timeline, and what it costs. These terms sit alongside that proposal, not in place of it.
We also get to say no to projects that do not fit our current workload, our values, or what we are good at.
03
We run a structured process for every project. Here is how payments work unless your proposal says otherwise.
Once we have started work on a phase, payments for that phase are non-refundable. The only exception is if we cannot finish what we promised because of something on our side.
04
Until you pay in full, everything we create belongs to VBrandGrow. That includes designs, code, copy, and any other material we produce for your project.
After the final payment, ownership of your agreed deliverables moves to you. Design files, source code, everything listed in the project agreement.
We will likely show the finished work in our portfolio or on social media. If that is a problem for any reason, tell us in writing before the project wraps up and we will work something out.
One more thing: if your project uses third-party assets like stock photos, licensed fonts, or external plugins, those have their own licensing terms. We will walk you through what you need so there are no issues down the line.
05
This works best when both sides show up. Here is what we need from you to keep things moving.
If things slow down on your side, the timeline shifts. We will flag it if that happens.
06
Every proposal includes a set number of revision rounds. Revisions mean refining what we have built together within the agreed direction.
If you want something that was not in the original brief, we are not going to quietly absorb it. New pages, extra features, a significant change in direction, that kind of thing gets quoted separately and handled after the main project finishes.
We always tell you before crossing into new territory. You will never get a surprise invoice.
07
What you share with us stays with us. Business details, unreleased assets, plans, strategies, none of it goes anywhere without your explicit go-ahead.
If you want a formal NDA signed before we begin, just ask. We are fine with that.
The only exceptions are things already in the public domain, things we developed on our own, or situations where disclosure is legally required.
08
Either of us can end a project with written notice. If you decide to stop mid-way, payment is due for everything completed up to that point. Deposits do not come back.
We can end a project too. If a client goes more than 30 days without responding, breaks these terms, or makes it genuinely impossible to keep working together, we reserve that right. Outstanding payments still apply.
We package up everything done so far and send it your way once payments are settled.
09
We put real care into our work. But our liability for any claim is capped at what you paid us for that specific project.
Lost revenue, lost business, indirect damages, we cannot be held responsible for those. The same goes for anything that happens after a website is handed over and is under your management.
We build things to last. But we cannot control how a market responds or guarantee specific rankings, conversions, or business outcomes from design work. Nobody honestly can.
10
These terms are governed by Indian law. If a dispute ever needs to go further, it falls under the jurisdiction of the courts in Madurai, Tamil Nadu.
We hope it never comes to that. If something feels off, email us and let's talk it through first.
