01

Working With Us

Pretty much anyone building something real. We have worked with clinics, photographers, restaurant owners, beauty brands, real estate agencies, a few startups, and a bunch of solo creators in between.

The industry does not really matter to us. What matters is whether you actually care about how your brand shows up. If you are serious about it, we will figure out the rest together.

We keep it small. Always have. Taking on too many projects at once is how quality slips and we are not interested in that.

So if we are fully booked when you message us, we will tell you. No runaround. We will add you to the list and reach out the moment something opens up.

Yeah, we do. WhatsApp, email, the odd video call here and there. It works just as well as being local, honestly. We have had no real issues with remote projects so far.

You work with us directly. The people you talk to are the same people building your project. No one is passing your brief around or summarising your feedback to someone else. It is just a cleaner way to work.

Drop us a message on the contact form or WhatsApp. Just tell us what you are building and roughly when you need it. We will come back to you within 24 hours.

Does not have to be a detailed brief. Even a rough idea works. We can figure out the details together.

02

Pricing and Payments

Depends on the project honestly. Brand identity work starts from a base price and goes up depending on how involved it gets. Websites vary based on pages, features, and how much custom work is needed.

We do not throw a number at you upfront without understanding what you need. After a quick chat we put together a proper quote, line by line, so you know exactly what you are paying for.

Yes. Before anything starts, we take a deposit. It holds your spot and means both of us are actually committed to moving forward.

The rest gets broken into milestones. Each payment lands after you have reviewed and signed off on that stage of the work. So you are always paying for something you have already seen.

UPI and bank transfer for clients in India. For international clients we sort out wire transfers or whatever method works on your end. We figure this out before the project starts so there is no confusion later.

Once work has started on a phase, that payment does not come back. That is because the time and effort are already in by then.

But if we ever drop the ball on something we committed to, we will sort it. That is not something we would just leave hanging.

Yes. Once your project wraps up, if you need someone on call for regular updates, new pages, design tweaks, or content changes, we do monthly retainers. Easier than scoping a new project every time you need something small done. Just bring it up when we are getting started and we will factor it in.

03

Process and Timeline

Rough numbers to go by:

  • Brand identity is usually 3 to 5 weeks
  • Websites run anywhere from 5 to 10 weeks
  • Both together is typically 8 to 14 weeks

These hold up when content and feedback come in on time from your side. We map out milestones at the start so you always know where things are at.

This is basically us doing our homework. We dig into your business, your audience, what your competitors are doing, and the bigger picture of your space. We go through whatever you already have and ask a lot of questions.

It might not feel like the exciting part but everything we design later is built on what we work out here. Cutting it short is usually how projects end up going in circles.

Each phase has a fixed number of revision rounds and we spell that out in your proposal before we start. Within those rounds, we work on adjustments to the direction we agreed on together.

If something shifts or you want more than what is included, we will talk it through. No surprises on cost. We tell you upfront before anything extra gets touched.

The deposit, any brand files you already have like old logos, fonts, or past designs, and a brief we send you to fill out before kickoff.

For website projects we will also need your copy and images at some point. Not necessarily on day one but the sooner we have them the better the whole thing flows.

04

Deliverables

For brand identity you get the full logo suite in vector formats, SVG, PDF, AI, EPS, plus PNG exports in different sizes. Along with that, a brand guidelines doc covering colors, fonts, spacing, and how to actually use everything.

For websites you get a live, fully working site. If the platform supports it we hand over admin access so you can manage things yourself. We also walk you through it before we wrap up.

Yes, fully. Once the final payment goes through, everything we made for you is yours.

We do keep the right to show the work in our portfolio. If you would rather we not put it out there publicly, just say so before we close the project and we will leave it out.

It depends on what suits your situation. We do custom coded sites for clients who need flexibility and we work with CMS platforms for clients who want to handle their own content day to day without needing help every time.

We will walk you through the options and be straight about the pros and cons of each so you can actually make an informed call.

Yes, it is an add-on we offer. If writing is not your thing or you just do not have the time, we can take care of it as part of the project. Mention it during discovery and we will include it in the proposal.

If you would rather write it yourself, we give you a content guide that lays out what is needed for each section and how to approach it.

05

After Launch

Yes. There is a support window built into every website project for anything that comes up right after launch. After that we offer ongoing maintenance if you want someone to keep things running.

We are also available down the line for new features, design changes, or whatever your site needs as things grow.

Of course. Lots of our clients do. New pages, campaigns, updated designs, whatever it is. The good thing is we already know your brand so we do not have to start from scratch. We just pick up and go.

Say something, right away. Do not hold it in hoping it gets better.

The honest truth is this does not come up much because you are seeing the work and signing off at every stage. By the time we are at the end you have already watched it come together. There is no surprise waiting for you.

But if something feels wrong at any point in the process, tell us early. Much easier to fix something in the middle than to try and sort it out at the end.

Still have questions?

Let's talk about your project.

We get back to every message within 24 hours. No sales pitch, no pressure. Just a straight conversation about what you need and whether we are the right fit.
